Terms and conditions of purchase
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to B2B orders. Kelim Schmuckdesign GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments will be made available in the Kelim Webshop and come into force when they are published.
Returns
Special lengths and special orders will not be exchanged or credited, only jewellery with manufacturing defects. Returns are sent by post, packed in the same way as the goods were received. Please inform Kelim Schmuckdesign GmbH before dispatch and if possible, state the dispatch number and order number in advance per e-mail.
Guarantee and returns
In the event of product defects, we will provide you with a replacement within 2 weeks. These must be reported in writing per e-mail or letter within 10 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of defects due to incorrect jewellery care or inadequate handling of the jewellery, the goods can no longer be exchanged.

Terms of payment
Payment can be made by invoice, prepayment (with 3% discount) or credit card (MasterCard and Visa) as well as Twint (in Switzerland), unless other payment terms have been agreed.
